Shipping Policy

Good things are worth waiting for... especially when they involve dogs.

Many Darling Dog products are made to order just for you through our trusted production partners. Because your order may not be sitting on a warehouse shelf ready to ship, please allow a little extra time for it to make its way to your door.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Most orders arrive within 10–14 business days from the date your order is placed.

This timeframe includes both production and shipping time. During holidays, product launches, or other especially busy periods, orders may take a little longer.

Made to Order

Many of our products are produced by third-party partners after you place your order. This helps us offer more designs and products without producing a bunch of inventory that may never find a home.

Because items are made to order, production can take several business days before your package ships.

Multiple Packages

Ordered more than one thing? Your items may be produced by different partners and could arrive in separate packages at different times.

Don't worry if everything doesn't show up together. The rest of your Darling Dog goodies may still be on the way.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, you'll receive it by email once your order ships. Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, occasional delays due to weather, holidays, or other carrier issues can happen and are outside our control.

If your order seems to have gone missing or is taking significantly longer than expected, reach out to us. We'll do our best to help figure out what's going on.

Double-Check That Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Because many of our products go into production shortly after an order is received, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to change the shipping address after your order has been placed.
